WWE - Mick Foley - Madman Unmasked Sticking with the semi-theme of the week, in honor of the release of Mick Foley's "Foley is Good," we now review "Mick Foley; Madman Unmasked."
WWF/A&E Home Video, 2000, 45 minutes.
What fans may be unaware of is that this tape is actually the A&E Biography of Foley of the same name. Made before the release of Foley's "Have a Nice Day," this biography is a nice addition to any Foley collection, however it is understandable that not everything is covered in the mere 45 minutes.
The focal point is Foley's WWF career ... after all, this was made long before the WWF owned WCW. The interviews with fellow wrestlers, friends and family along with the interviews with Foley himself and the video montages make this tape entertaining.
One of the only flaws of this documentary is the narration. The narrator's gruff, annoying, melodramatic voice sounds kind of like that guy who does all those movie commercials. And while his voice may be suitable when describing Foley's dive off the Hell in the Cell cage but doesn't sound quite right when describing how Foley met his wife and his dedication to his family.
If you've read "Have a Nice Day," this tape is a good companion. If you haven't read the book--(you really should!)--this is a quick summary of Foley's career. Tune out the narrator, and you'll be fine. Tamanho – ???MB Tipo de ficheiros – ??? Ano de lançamento – 25 Abril 2000 Duração do documentário – 45 Minutos Links para download:
